24online offers the facility by which you can restore backup in the Appliance. This is useful in-case of Appliance Failure, where we can simply Restore Old Backup in New 24online Appliance and get the System UP & Running in less 1 Hours Time. Follow my previous Blog “How to take Backup of 24online” to Take Complete 24online Backup including Licenses.
Before Restoring Backup we need to make sure that the New 24online Appliance having the Licenses Registered if not then we will have to Register Licenses so that we can get the Option to Restore the Backup.
We will have to restore below Backup:-
✦ System Data Backup
✦ User Session Backup
✦ RRD Backup
So lets start!!!
System Data Backup
System Data will Restore the backup of pools, policies, packages etc.
Click on System Configuration -> Manage Data -> Restore

| File to upload | Click on Browse Button -> Select the path where you have saved the 24online System Data Backup File in your system -> and Click on Upload Button |
User Session Backup
User Session Backup will Restore the backup of sessions created by users.Click on System Configuration -> Manage Data -> Restore

RRD Backup
RRD Backup will Restore the backup of different types of graphs files in the system.Click on System Configuration -> Manage Data -> Restore
