Assigning Packages to PMS Users in 24online

There are 2 ways we can Assign Packages to PMS Users:-

1. Only 1 Package:-

If hotel Provide Free Wi-Fi to they Guest then this Option is used where Users will get the Login Page they will Enter they Room No & Last Name and click on Login to get connected to Wi-Fi.

2. Multiple Packages:-

If hotel provide Chargeable Wi-Fi to they Guest then this Option is used where Users will get the Login Page they will Enter they Room No & Last Name and will get Drop Down Menu will multiple Packages Option Guest can simply select the Package and Click on Login to get connected to Wi-Fi.

Only 1 Package:-

Click on Property Management -> Room Management -> Type of Room -> Click on Standard

Update Room Type
Room Type Name*	Standard
Default Package*	Select Package which need to Assign to PMS Users from Drop Down Menu
Room Login Limit *
Renewal Cycle Applicable	Tick Mark No

and Click on Update -> OK

Multiple Packages:-

Click on Property Management -> Room Management -> Type of Room -> Click on Standard

Update Room Type
Room Type Name*	Standard
Default Package*	Select Package Zero hours Zero days from Drop Down Menu
Room Login Limit *
Renewal Cycle Applicable	Tick Mark Yes

and Click on Update -> OK

Now we need to Add the Multiple Packages so Click on Add Package Button -> Select the Package from the List and Click on Add Button -> OK
and Click on Update -> OK
Note:- Repeat the Steps to Add Additional Packages.
